We collect the email address you use to sign in, and the trading data our partner broker reports for the account linked to it. We do not ask for, and do not want, your broker password or your trading credentials.

• Account details — the email address you verify with a one-time code.
• Programme data — eligible commission, competition performance and payout history reported by the broker.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how pages on this site are used.

How we use it

Your information is used to run the services you have signed up for: confirming eligibility, calculating cashback or competition standings, processing payouts, and answering support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

What is shown publicly

Public leaderboards and activity feeds show display names and masked identifiers only. Email addresses, broker account logins and client identifiers are never published.

Sharing

We share information with the partner broker and with service providers who help us operate the platform — for example payment and email providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. Access is limited to people who need it, and credentials for third-party systems are held on our servers rather than in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account ends your participation in the programmes and any pending rewards attached to it.
